3. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

If direct resolution fails, parties may engage in binding mediation through a Cyprus-based mediation service.

Step 3: Legal Proceedings

As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through the Cyprus court system with exclusive jurisdiction in Limassol.

EU Consumer Rights

EU residents may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for consumer-related disputes.

Additional Legal Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentHub Academy regarding your use of our services.
